COVID19 Salon Guidelines:
For the safety of our staff and guests, please respect the procedures in place due to COVID19:
-Anyone entering the salon must be wearing a mask and follow the guidelines of distancing 6ft.
-Appointments arriving more than 10 minutes late will be rescheduled.
-There will be limited use of our reception area. Please call when you have arrived, and we will let you know if your stylist is ready for you. We will be taking your temperature before you enter. Please limit your personal belongings. As the colder weather approaches, keep in mind our coat rack has limited space. Leaving coats in the car when possible is recommended.
-Disposable masks are recommended as there is a risk for cut hairs and/or staining on your mask. Disposable masks are available for purchase for $1. (Only two per visit/per client). Color services should have a second mask for after the color is washed out. For hair services please wear ear loop masks.
-Only the client getting services will be allowed to enter, no one may accompany you during an appointment (this includes children).
-If your temperature reads 100.4 or above, you will not be permitted in the building for a minimum of two weeks.
-If you have any concerns about being in the salon, we highly suggest waiting for an appointment at a later date.
-Please keep in mind that we are offering makeup services. Clients getting makeup application will have their masks removed. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we encourage everyone to remain conscious of social distancing.
-If you are coming in for a haircut only, it is recommended to come with your hair already washed when possible(but not mandatory).
-If you cannot make an appointment, please call to cancel. Not showing for an appointment without calling to cancel will result in full balance (of no showed appointment) due before rescheduling a new appointment. Text cancellations do not get received on our end, so please call for all cancellations.
-Services can be paid by cash, check or credit card (excluding American Express). Gratuity is cash only.
-Please be advised that if a staff member has any symptoms, they will be sent home and their appointments will unfortunately be rescheduled.
